Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled walk-through and answer any questions to help you make your decision to book. You may book your walk-through by clicking here or emailing us at

To hold a date, you need to email us at or contact Roger. If the date is available, we will offer a 7-day soft hold while details are discussed, and a contract is generated. A hold is not secure until a signed contract is returned with the required deposit. In the event that another party is interested in the venue before we receive these items, we will offer you a deadline to submit the contract and deposit before releasing the hold to the other party. If the date you requested has an existing hold, we will offer the previous party a deadline and then contact you when the deadline is over.

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

We require everything out of the space at the end of your contracted rental time.

Most likely, but you can discuss this with Roger after booking. In the event that we have storage available, or there is not an event booked that day, we may be able to accommodate you.

No, any sound equipment must be provided by a band and/or DJ or other rental company.

We have fully updated restroom with an extra section for changing purposes. But you are encourage to rent a portable bathroom for your guests.

We can seat up to 200 guests outdoors with a DJ and/or band and dance floor. If a DJ/band and dance floor are not needed, we can seat up to 250.

Yes, the following tables and chairs are included in your rental fee. 

10 Round Tables – (8-10 person per table) 
100 Resin Padded Chairs
3 Standard Tables – 6ft or 8 ft

All rentals, personal items, and anything else brought in for your event must be removed from the space the night of your event. 

Yes, food trucks are very fun in our space. Food trucks can set up either in the front or side of our venue.

All payments are non-refundable. If you need to change your date and we have the date available, we will be happy to move your date at no additional cost.

It is hard to say, but we always encourage the sooner the better. There are months where we have a full calendar a year in advance and months with openings up to a month prior.

Security may be required for safety at the venue’s discretion, especially with events when there is a bar. You will need to provide this  or we can provide it for you.

We have a couple of options for your guest to enter. These details will be discussed when you meet with your Venue Coordinator.

Yes, photo shoots are allowed Monday-Friday. Please contact Roger for pricing and availability. For all the booked Quinceañera or Wedding, photoshoot are FREE and included with your reservation. Just talk to Roger for the day you want to come for the photoshoot.
